2009 Acura CL how often does a car need repairing

Well that is a good question, but it is also a vague one as well. For instance, service work, maintenance and repair to me are not all the same.

Service work can be the scheduled items that Honda/Acura suggest.

Maintenance can be the every day items like oil change, adding washer fluid, cleaning the car, etc.

Repair is the fixing of something broken.

Now, that said, the first two are going to happen and they are something you will need to address.

The last one you will need to address as well, but if I inferred correctly from your brief message, there is a point where there is too much repair needed and in that case there are lemon laws.

it seems as if you have just asked in funny mood.
Anyways, car repairing depends the use of car and its condition. it may be on daily basis and once in a quarter as well. So, love your car as a prominent part of your blood and flesh and feel its pain whenever you feel the pain drive it to workshop. Actually, it was the same reply whatever i received from my pet car shop 'autotropolis' :)

Maintenance should be always. Like every week check. But not that much. Most cars if well maintained you will not have much repairing to do.
