I replaced the radiator cooling fan, old one had a broken fan blade. The old fan worked when I removed it, the new one will not turn on (spin). I replaced the fan relay with one of the same type. No luck. I jumpered the relay power wire to the fan power wire and the fan came on. I have to replace the Radiator Fan Timer because I burnt it up jumpering the relay.
Questions - What else could it be? Maybe the Coolant Temp sensor? Where's it located? Can I install a switch to control the fan manually? Will it hurt the fan to run continuously?

Hi kevin1553429,

Fan motors have a lifespan and continously working it would result in the motor carbon wearing off prematurely.

Have you checked the fuses?

When AC is turned ON, does the fans coomes on?

At bottom right side of radiator there is a fan switch, check if it had been properly connected. If you bridge the connector, turning on the igniton should have the fans working if there are no fault wih the wiring circuit.
