Tires and Wheels problem
1997 Acura CL 6 cyl

3 of my 4 lug nut studs popped off on the front passenger side of my car. How much should I be looking to pay to get this fixed? (I live in Boston by the way) And is this hard to do on my own? I looked at the rotor with the tire off and sort of have an idea of how to do it but I just cant see the back of the lug nut stud, as if I hit the stud with a hammer I dont know where it would come out. And help would be appreciated...

Hi dfarley,

You need to remove the brake calipers, disc rotor and CV joint central nut and pull the hub flange out to get the studs off, or at least get the new ones in.

It is a 1 hour job and as to the cost of the lug nuts, you can get a quotation from your local parts store.
