When I am at a red light or going from idle to accelerating the car takes like 10-15 to pickup speed but the rpm's rev up. After I get speed its okay or if I am on a high it's okay, but it only happens when I stop and then go to drive again.

Good evening,

It sounds like the catalytic converter is clogged not allowing the engine to breathe.

It will give you low power. You need to do a back pressure test. You could remove the front O2 sensor and drive the car and see if it runs better. That will confirm the converter.

Could it also be spark plugs or coil pack?

If it was one of those, it would misfire and the check engine light would be flashing on and off.

It needs to be replaced, not cleaned. You cannot clean a catalytic converter.
