2003 Ford E-150 4.6.
Runs okay for first thirty to sixty seconds. Stop vehicle at a stop sign or light, hesitation on slow acceleration. After that it runs fine, until the engine is turned off and let cool down for twenty to thirty minutes, the problem then reoccurs. If idling for four to five minutes, before pulling out of driveway, runs fine. Fourth mechanic. No discernible codes. Newer coils. New fuel filter, fuel pump, oxygen sensors, air filter, EGR pressure sensor, battery, alternator. What gives?

Hello and thank you for visiting 2CarPros!

Has anyone looked at the Mass Airflow sensor? That would be the first place I look.
See the link below:

Follow the steps in the guide and let us know if that fixed the problem.

Regards,
Jon

Okay. Please take a look at the previous post, and follow the link. It covers a lot of topics that could be your problem. Ignore the second you've already covered.

Hello,

When the MAF sensor is too far gone cleaning it wont help, you need to replace it with a OEM Ford unit. We just had this problem on this truck. This problem will not set a code BTW.

Please let us know what happens. Cheers, Ken

Also like Ken said. Be sure to use Genuine Motorcraft parts. I tried using aftermarket replacement parts from one of the chain auto parts stores (Idle Air Control Valve and MAF sensor) and did not have good results. I replaced them with genuine Ford parts and they worked perfectly.
