When trying to turn off the AC automatically defaults to defrost and airspeed cannot be controlled. Started to run a diagnostics and when it started the fan indicator light turns on and keeps going up after about ten to fifteen seconds all the lights everything on the display turn on, at the point when I exit defrost automatically start blowing again.

All functions work on the unit just can’t turn off or it will default to defrost or can’t adjust air speed.

Hello,

In the diagrams down below I have included the proper way to do a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) self test on your vehicle, as well as interpreting the results. Please go through these guides and get back to us with the results. We can go from there.

Thanks,
Alex
