ABS issue, fuse to keep blowing?

could a bad a ABS wheel sensor cause the ABS fuse to keep blowing every time it's installed?

Typically this fuse constantly blowing would be caused by a short circuit in your ABS system or a faulty component, such as your wheel speed sensors.

To troubleshoot, disconnect the negative battery cable. Then, check the wiring harness thoroughly, ABS module, and wheel speed sensors for any damage, corrosion, or loose connections.

A wheel speed sensor shorted will probably not cause the fuse to blow, it will just cause a code. There are two fuses that run the ABS system, both go to the ABS control module, I would unplug the module to see if the fuses still blow, if not the module is bad. Also check the electrical connector for corrosion. The module is under the hood. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
