I have the following warning lights
1. A triangle with an exclamation mark
2. ABS
3 A red lit sign BRAKES
also
the odometer is not working,
the trip meter is not working
AWD is not working
There is a separate window that displays text
it displays
1. Brake failure stop safely
2. Passenger airbag malfunction,
3 skid service required
what I have done
1 installed new brake rotors and pads on all 4 wheels.
2. The master cyl brake fluid reservoir is full
3. The brakes seem good ( I don't have a comparison- I never drove this car or any other volvo before)
4. Replaced 1 rear wheel speed sensor.
5. Rebuilt the ABS module
6. Rebuilt the instrument cluster.
ran a scanner:
got a
- p1799 code CAN TCM/ABS circuit malfunction
on internet I found a place where P1799 is described as output speed sensor rpm too high ( I assumed it menat the transmission output speed sensor)
-U2100 state none initial configuration not complete. General failure information. No sub type information.
-P2162 state : none
speed sensor A/B correlation, general malfunction information. No info on malfunction type
-8F18: state, none xenon laml left, signal too high/signal missing
I have no idea what to do next. My goal is get rif of warning lights so I can inspect the car and get AWD working so I can use on snow or mud and not get stuck. Right now It can even drive in my yard if the grass is wet and the ground is even little bit muddy. Only one fron wheel turns the other front wheel and two rear ones don't turn at all.

I would start with the p1799 code CAN TCM/ABS circuit malfunction which tells us the TCM is not working. Please check all fuses and if okay, here is how to replace the TCM and its location in the images below. You can get a rebuilt unit by searching Google or Ebay. Also check the TCM wiring connector for corrosion. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
