A/C fan goes on and off

I've been told it may be my relay? My a/c is turning on and off about every 5 or 10 minutes. When it comes on it blows strong and very cold. When it shuts off again, there is no air flow at all? My 2 front windows do not work, so I desperately need the a/c in my 95 degree weather.

The relay they are talking about is in the left fuse panel on the instrument panel (dashboard). When you open the drivers' side front door, you will be able to see the fuse box on the very side of the dash.

The relay in question is the one labeled "IGN 3 relay"
You can swap this relay with another identical relay in the fuse box to see if the problem is then corrected. If so, the replace that relay with a new one.
