5.3 LS motor head gaskets 3.810

Hello, I have a 5.3 ls which has been bored 30 over using the pistons 3.810 from Summit Racing I purchased a set of head gaskets from Summit Racing part number Fel-26191pt. On description says 3.835 bore 048 thicknesses. Would that head gasket work? Thanks, i'm using 706 heads.

This most likely will work but the important think to measure is not piston size but bore diameter. So we need to measure the diameter at the top of the bore and then we need a head gasket that is as close to this as possible but not smaller. Clearly you don't want the gasket hanging into the cylinder. So if you bore diameter is in between the the piston diameter and the head gasket opening diameter then you are good to go.
