Stuck in 4wd revving out and can't move the 4wd lever. It is like it is jammed. How do I disconnect the 4wd?

Hi,

Unfortunately we don't have a manual for your specific vehicle so I can't give you pictures but you should have a lever on the transfer case and if you pop this off and you should be able to manually move the position if the linkage is the issue. However, if the issue is in the transfer case this will not work either.

Have you tried putting the vehicle in Neutral and letting it roll a couple feet and then remove it? It may just have a lot of tension on it so it is not releasing.

Worst case scenario, you should be able to just remove the front drive shaft and you can drive it in 2WD but I would just do this to temporarily because your transfer case will still be engaged.

There's two, one each side. Would be unsafe to drive I would say but any other way I may disconnect it?

If it is stuck in 4x4 then you will need to disconnect the shifter and manually shift it to 2WD as I stated earlier. If this does not allow you to get it out then you will probably need to disassemble it to see why it is stuck.
