Four Wheel drive mechanical problem

The vehicle runs fine and two wheel drive, but when four wheel high is engaged it gets very noisy and drags down the drive-train. It cannot go over 50 mph in four wheel high and takes a long time to disengage.

Hello, I'm Danny.

Just a quick question first. When you engage the four wheel drive unit do you see the light stay solid or flashing while this happens? Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
