350Z enthusiast model.# 6 oil in spark plug well

Replacing spark plugs but number 6 had oil inside spark plug well. All others were OK. Do I have to replace spark plug well gasket and valve cover casket? Approximate cost for mechanic to do this? Is this a do it yourself project

You need to replace the gaskets. Yes, you can do it yourself if you have some mechanical ability. If you have it done by a mechanic, figure 50.00 in parts and about 2 hours to replace it.
