The car RPMs not firing fine, and the car was scanned, I will attach the printout results. Heater sensor 1, transmissions gearshift valve D, secondary injector system, brake switch A/B. Now it has been rectified all the fault code gone remains 4lo and heater sensor 2 came out. I tried switching to 4h not changing. When the car is moving it seems all the gears are not changing reading it with a scanner gear 1, 2 and 3 changes others don't. My question now is, could this be an electrical switch issue or center differential issue? Thank you

Here is what is said for the p0766 code:

The P0766 code in your 2010 Lexus GX 460 indicates a problem with the shift solenoid D circuit in your vehicle's automatic transmission. The shift solenoid is an electro-hydraulic valve that controls the flow of transmission fluid to engage or disengage gears, allowing your vehicle to shift smoothly between gears.

So, I would change out the shift solenoid D and check the wiring connector that feeds it. I am not sure if that will fix the blinking 4lo blinking light, but we need to fix the code anyway so let's keep our fingers crossed. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
