I am getting a P0148 code Fuel delivery error.

Possible fuel filter clog? Going to replace it this weekend just in case.

Maybe you can point out anything else to do.

I appreciate any help.

This is a broad term code, it can be the lift pump, high pressure pump or the fuel rail pressure sensor, but the fuel filter is a good place to start. Can I ask if the engine has good power? Here is how to change out the fuel filter, please clear the codes once completed. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

Hi, thanks! It turns out the issue was with the filter. The good news is that it turned on perfectly after replacing it. The bad news is that when I tried again, it wouldn't stay on. I believe it got clogged again with the new fuel filter. The fuel pressure on the entry side was really high, but the output had barely any gasoline pressure. I noticed some potential contamination in the old filter, likely from the gas tank. I want to completely drain the tank and clean it out, as I think it clogged the new filter, and I'm dealing with the same issue again.

Do you have the pinout schematics for the fuel pump? I want to rig a line to drain the tank using the fuel pump. My plan is to cut the input lines on the old clogged filter and connect them to the original lines to drain the tank. Then after I will open the Tank from above. I don't trust any fuel siphon devices on amazon or eBay. Mostly all bad reviews.

Yep, that sounds like a plan, here is the transfer pump wiring diagram so you can rig power to it to help drain the tank. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

I connected my scan tool and activated the fuel pump to siphon all the gasoline from the tank using the output line of the fuel line, which I had rigged to the old, clogged fuel filter connector. I emptied the fuel into several gas containers, then removed the fuel pump to clean the inside of the tank. The fuel pump strainer was clogged, so I carefully disassembled the fuel pump and cut out the strainer. The car runs now with the fuel pump rigged without the strainer and a new filter, but I suspect there's an issue with the throttle body. The car is running rough, and the EPC light came on, so I'll address that next week. At least it turns on now. I will add more pictures.

Wow, that fuel does not look good at all. You must have gotten a tank of really bad gas, or someone poured something in there :/ Glad you found the issue though. Please start a new question of any other issues.
