2014 Mitsubishi Lancer 20000 kilometers (12000 miles) in 8 months

Hi. I was wondering if you think that a car that does 12000miles in 8 months is too much with only 1 service at 15000miles.
I am about to buy a car and it has 18000miles on it and it was serviced at 9000kms in January then another service at 15000miles.
What is your opinion on this and what problems should I look for?

At this age and mileage, this vehicle should be almost as good as new so I don't expect any problem mechanically. Just ensure it is accident free as such repairs can result in problems if the repairs were not carried out correctly.
