I recently bought a Nissan Rogue from Hertz Rental Cars. I got a good deal, but it came with these small electrical components. How do I remove them?

I ask because at least one of them is still drawing power. All are unsightly. I'm concerned about implications on the electrical system and how to remove them from the inside of the windshield.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jonas

Idea what it is unless maybe a lojack or service indicator any hertz place should know what it is so go ask. For all you know one of them may be disconnected. Something like that I would need to physically see to disconnect anyhow
