Rusting on engine and a/c pipes within 2.5yrs [14,500kms].
note:- vehicle was not in rain, not near shea shore, not in static position. Kindly advise.

That's an exhaust manifold. Of course it's going to rust on the surface. AC lines are aluminum so you aren't getting any rust on them.

Is this normal in all cars? or defect from manufactures/ customer usage.

Yes, that a rusted out pipe but I can't tell what it is with that picture. It's probably a coolant pipe.

Yes, its a coolant pipe. But i was rusted in a short time. will it affect the car?
Kindly check other pictures too.
Is it normal in all cars.

It looks like it could be on the verge of rusting through the pipe. You might want to have a tech scrape it off to see just how bad it is. It may be necessary to replace that pipe if it's near rusting through before it starts leaking.
