Front strut bouncing, banging noise

Front strut bouncing, banging noise. Dealer repair was torque down strut. Is this just a temp. Fix till warranty runs out? Can a front strut be torqued down? Noise did stop, just doesn't sound right to me. What is correct procedure for fixing a front strut wobble?

This is rubbish, they should be replacing the struts, if they do not, contact Toyota customer support and get them involved, you will be surprised how quick they will fix it.
