I have been having a water problem with my car. I check the water in my radiator before I use my car and make sure it is fine. When i'm back I check it again and see that the water is very low and I don't use the a/c due do that problem. What can be the cause?

Get the cooling system pressure tested you may have a minor external coolant leak, this will help locate any external leak, start here.

My car also same problem( tiida 2006 ) when I put ac radiater discharge water via small plastic bottle (near the radiater ), one mechanic told me thats engine failure its true?

You will have to get a head check done, this is a simple chemical test to see if Co is entering the coolant, if so then you will have a head problem, get the test done first.
