Is there a way to program the vehicle to constantly have the interior air circulating at all times, rather than having to push the button on the console each time? On my 2005, I could program it to stay on interior circulation at all times by key turns and buttons on the dash. Can I do that with the 2012? I have allergies and don't like to have to remember to push the button each time.

If there is a button to recirculate the air, yes. Otherwise, no.

Ok. There is a button to recirculate the air, rather than drawing the air from the outside. The problem is, when I start the vehicle- say remotely- it automatically draws in the air from the outside. I want it to always recirculate the interior air- on start-up, with remote and when I turn the key on- so that the outside air is never getting into my vehicle thru the air conditioner. Can I program it to do that?

I doubt it without bypassing the switch. If it's a 2012, you should have an owner's manual. See what it says.
