Hello Sir. I was changing the rubber seal on the gearbox because it got loose and it oil was coming out from it. Sir when I was changing the rubber seal. The rubber seal accidentally had fallen into the gearbox. Sir please tell me what should I do. I started the car then and everything was ok. Please need your advice as soon as possible.

What seal is that? Is it the gear shift boot? If it is the gear shift boot, being soft rubber, it is not going to cause any problem. If it has any metal components, that might be a different story.
When the thing fell in, why did you start the car? You should have tried to take it out first.
