Help! We can't get the heater or A/C to turn on. We've already replaced the blower motor and the blower motor resistor/wiring harness.
I've read the heater control modules tend to go bad in this vehicle but cannot find the right replacement part. We have auto A/C, heated seats, heated rear windows. All I can find are manual control modules.

Hi,

Is it the blower motor that isn't running or does the system just not produce heat or A/C? As far as the blower motor control module is concerned, the OEM part number is BL3Z19E624A.

I attached a picture of the blower motor module/resistor below. Is that what you replaced or can't find?

Also, if you haven't already, check the wiring connector to the module/blower motor to make sure nothing melted or has failed.

Let me know.

Joe
