My fell into gorge. And the body was damaged engine was good but the pipes of engines were cutted. After that when I repaired locally the body became perfect and I tried to start but itdoesnt start only self of car was working and they me told we have to decode ur vehcle first is this true that I have to decode vehclle. How can I make my car perfect afterw the aciident
.

I'm not sure what they mean by decode. Are they checking for trouble codes?

They workers are telling me that we have to decode ecm of ur car to start as it had met with accident and we have opned ur dashboard. And tell me the causea why we decode ecm.

I'm not sure what kind of vehicle you have. However, I never heard of having to decode the ECM to make a vehicle run after an accident.
