2009 TOYOTA COROLLA

My 2009 toyota corolla is idling low and stalling. My mechanic recently changed the Air flow meter and the oil filter and the problem stopped for about one hour then the car started acting up again. Can anyone help me with a solution to this problem, because my local toyota dealer/mechanic cannot find the problem and are costing me too much?

Clean the throttle body and check that the IAC valve is clean as well.
