My car started making a squealing noise when I turned or just idled then all of a sudden I could smell burning plastic nd the car stalled I then tried to start again it fired up then while driving it started over heating all the guages came on and it died in parking lot I checked and the serpintine belt snapped I reached it and now the car won't crank over

Have you tried a jump start? The battery is most probably drained.

Yes I tried that and it cranks but doesn't fire up. And it started when the belt was off

Check if any of the components along the belts is seized. Manually turn them with belts off.
