Cylinder five misfire changed the plugs coils and fuel injector had a compression test done there's a 10 psi difference than cyclinder 1

Is there any difference when the compression test is done dry versus wet? 10 PSI isn't terribly good, but it also isn't terribly bad. We usually look for variances of 15 PSI or more.
