2009 Chevrolet Cobalt Ignition interlock

While driving on the fwy at 80mph a light came on that said engine reduce power then traction loght and check engine light came on. After I parked the car for a few hours the all the lights including check engine light turned off but this problem continues to gappen when I reach a speed around 80mph.

When this happens and the lights are on, take the vehicle to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the computer for codes. It should indicate where the problem is coming from.

P0641 Sensor Ref Voltage A Circ/Open

That is the only info I can find on this code. It is extremely vague
