My car has problem with the ac compressor given in skoda service center they suggested to replace the compressor and condenser. Then decided to give outside, they said oil is coming into the compressor, need to clean it thoroughly and they changed the valves also. Problem solved for few days, suddenly another problem raised. If the radiator gets heat ac is not working. If we cool it with water then it works very well. Please suggest I need to change high-pressure valve or receiver valve, there is no receiver valve in this model. Kindly help me.

A/C is equipped with a safety feature whereby the compressor would cut out when engine overheats. You need to find out whythe engine is overheating. If vehicle has electrical fans, the fans could be faulty and not working.

I have checked with the electrician condenser fan high speed is not coming. As I explained you earlier, black oil in compressor will not be a problem.

Oil in A/C system turning black means the compressor is failing but it would not result in it cutting off every 10 minutes.
High speed is for reducing overheating purposes and if it is not coming on and engine is overheating, that would result in compressor cutting off. A failing compressor could also cut off intermittently.
