I own a 2008 Saturn Vue. The seat belts do not recoil very well and I would like to fix them myself. Does anyone know how?

A common cause is the webbing sticking in the upper anchor. If you pull it through there and the belt winds up okay, spray the belt with Silicone Spray Lube. That goes on like water, evaporates, and leaves a film of "slippery" behind. I have to do that about once a year on my vehicle.
