Hello. I have a bent up antenna which sets on the rear roof of the Astra. I need to get to the under side above the headliner to remove and replace. I cannot figure out how to remove this interior! I removed the weather stripping around the door to peer behind the side panels but still cannot figure it out. I've searched the web for 2 hours looking for diagrams etc. To no avail. Can you help?

Thanks,
Scott Matthews

To remove the headliner is a hard job. It is held in place with plastic plugs just like trim panels and simply requires pulling at the areas where the plugs are or slowly pulling at it until you can find said plug. The problem with a headliner is that it is brittle. Usually, they must be replaced. I would take it to a body shop so they can have liability if the headliner gets damaged.
