Rough engine sounds when cold

Hello. I have a 2008 Saturn astra that is experiencing a minor rough idle upon startup. This only occurs after the car has been sitting for a long period of time.

Clean out the idle air control valve and EGR and PCV valves and see what happens

Thanks for the quick response. How would I go about doing this? Is it
possible without bringing it to a repair shop?
