When rotating tires is there a particular place where the value stem should be located on the hub 2008 Kia Optima. The TPMS light is staying on after I rotated the tires. Was not on before rotating.

No, that has no bearing at all.

Any suggestion why the TPMS light stays on after rotating. Or any cures?

Are you seeing a picture of a tire or the word TPMS?

I'm seeing the letters "TPMS"

That means there is a trouble code stored and you will need a TPMS scanner to read the code.

Will it hurt to drive it until I can take care of the problem?

No, your tire monitoring system has been disabled in the meantime.
