When I hit the keyless entry release button you can hear the clicking on the inside of the car in the fuse box but the trunk won't pop open.I've even tried to open by using the button in the car?

Hello,

It sounds like the weather stripping could be glued (stuck) to the trunk lid try to hit the button and lift the trunk lid up to release the seal. Also try pushing down on the trunk lid while opening becasue the stuckier could need adjustment here are diagrams below to show you what's going on. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Ca check fuse and relay in junction block in car there should be a button in car to open it as well. If your seat folds down in rear there should be a strap by the window to pull to gain entry to trunk. The only cable in there is the one for emergency inside trunk

NOTE: All RKE transmitters recognized by RCDLR must be programmed during programming sequence. If system is placed in program mode, it will erase all previously programmed RKE transmitters upon receipt of programming signal from first transmitter.
NOTE: Scan tool must stay connected until all of transmitters are programmed.
RKE TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING
1.Install a scan tool. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Using scan tool, access Body Control Module (BCM) SPECIAL FUNCTION in PROGRAM KEY FOBS menu. 2.Press and hold LOCK button and UNLOCK button simultaneously on one transmitter. After 15 seconds, BCM will chime in order to confirm programming of that transmitter. 3.Repeat previous step in order to program up to 4 transmitters. Remove scan tool. Operate transmitter functions in order to verify correct system operation. 4.Remove scan tool. Operate transmitter functions in order to verify correct system operation.
