P1340, this fault is OBD2 standard failure code, The first letter "P" the point of failure is the engine, B, and C, respectively, body failure and chassis failure. The second is the figure here, hard to explain its meaning. The third is a digital.1?2 said the fuel and air measurement failure, 3 for the ignition system failure, 4 for the Additional exhaust control, 5 for the speed and idle speed adjustment?6 for the control unit and the output signal? 7 for thetransmission. Finally, a set of numbers is the name of the system components about fault. I'm sorry I can only give so much to help you.
