I recently had work done on my saturn. It seemed to be running fine, but when I went to pull in my driveway the vehicle starting sputtering and losing power. Now it didn't fully die. Also when I get on the interstate between 65 and 70 the engine sputters then also. I got the vehicle less than a month ago and really love it, except for the mechanical issues I'm having now.

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked for vacuum leaks, fuel pump pressure, or the idle air control valve?

The check engine light has not come on, and I took it to a service center here and they said all test came back good. I had to change the top o2 sensor and the exhaust manifold and I also have to change the muffler and my camshaft seems to be shaky. I dont know how to test the idle air control valve

The IAC is really only responsible for idling. You mentioned that the car also stumbles at highway speeds. Have you already replaced the O2 sensor?

I have to be honest, it will become a guessing game at this point which can end up costing much more that is needed to be spent. Do you have access to a real time scanner that you could watch to see how sensors are reacting as the vehicle is running and having issues?
