I have put two brand new starters in my car and the car still will not start. Auto Zone test it before I left the store and it passed. Get home put in on and car still dosent start. Take it back to the store they retest it and it's bad. Something is burning it out once it's in the car. My batter is working even gave it a jump to be on the safe side.

the only way a starter can fail like that is if the started stays engaged after starting, check that the power to the solenoid drops off after the engine starts that is when the key is released back to run from crank.
