I have problem that lights on my car burn out very often but every time different kind of (for marker, position, brake, low beam...) I don't know what is the reason? I need help because I am traveling and this came out nightmare for me (police questioning and need to approved what was done to correct the problem)

That is commonly caused by voltage that's too high. Normal charging system voltage is between 13.75 and 14.75 volts. You can measure that right across the battery terminals while the engine is running. If the voltage is high, suspect the voltage regulator. They can be intermittent too but you should notice head lights getting brighter or flickering.
