I have a 2007 marquis it gt cold here where I live abd I went out to start it it wouldn't start we changed da battery out abd it stikl won't start.it only makes a ticking noise we dnt knw wat it could be

have the battery checked that you put in or is it a new one? it should be load tested and for condition. .It could be a bad relay or starter also when you replace the battery you have to reset your security system should be in your manual if you have it or call a dealer
