I gave my parents a jump the other day and my car wouldn't start no more won't click over or anything I have no dash or lights headlight can't roll up Windows or use power locks and for some reason the place we're I put my key to turn it on seen loose had a neighbor come by and look at it he had some computer he hooked it up and he said everything was ok except my fcm wasn't responding would this cause my car to act like this can someone please help

Wow, that's one huge sentence! With no punctuation it's hard to read, but given the recent chain of events, start by checking the fuses. Voltage spikes are created when jumper cables and battery cables are attached and removed, and often fuses blow due to them. The front module does a real lot of stuff that we never needed computers for before. It is involved with the starter system too.
