When I am driving I can hear a noise from the drivers window. Also when I put it up and down I can hear a small noise?

You're going to have to hold your computer closer to the door so I can hear the noise. There could be a pebble caught in the outer rubber weatherstrip making a high-pitched screeching noise. A cable could be fraying and coming apart. You could be hearing wind noise from a leak. A weld could be broken allowing something to rattle. The first step is to describe the noise.
