A P0300 indicates a random misfire. This can be the result of many different things. For example, low or high fuel pressure, an engine vacuum leak, the need for a tune-up, low compression, and so on.
What I would suggest first is this based on the mileage, check to see if any vacuum hoses have become hard and brittle and have broken or come disconnected. Here is a link that shows how that is done:

Next, when was the last tune-up? Have you ever had the fuel filter replaced?
