Cracling noise from speakers, when car is off, and also running, adjust seat, and noise stops

Speakers should not be working when engine is not running and shifting the seat makes a difference means something is interfering with the electrical circuit. Could be a loose ground circuit or a short to power or a fault with control modules.

Detailed diagnostic is required to get to the bottom of this. Start by checking for trouble codes and this could be related to Body Control Modules.
