I hear a clicling noise under the truck and I notice my oil hand is on high.

Clicking noises could mean valves/lifters-oil pressure too high -sounds like the oil pump pressure releif valve is not opening
Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge, if normal replace the oil pressure switch. If abnormal could mean oil pump and engine bearing.
