Can I put lucas transmission oil in my Nissan transmission

As long the fluid you use meets the requirement of the manufacturer, you can use any brand of fluid.
On this Altima if it is a 4-speed automatic then the recommended Nissan Fluid is Nissan Matic "D".
If it is a 5-speed automatic, then the recommended Nissan Fluid is Nissan Matic "K".

As long as the fluid meets the specifications for the factory fluid, it can be used.
