RPM raising from normal level attempt taken by mechanic water thermostat re
Moved and directed the water flow. But problem persist again.

Therefore, how to resolve this problem. The rising temperature to bring normal level.

from what I can get is it's overheating, pressure check coolant system for leaks it may be a head/intake gasket. if no internal leak shown then check rad when hot if you feel cold spots you need a rad.
