Moved and directed the water flow. But problem persist again.

Therefore, how to resolve this problem. The rising temperature to bring normal level.

From what I can get is it's overheating, pressure check coolant system for leaks it may be a head/intake gasket. If no internal leak shown then check rad when hot if you feel cold spots you need a rad.
