2006 Mitsubishi Galant communication error

My 2006 Mitsubishi Galant keeps saying there is communication error. The clock/radio, interior lights, locks, nor keyless entry are working. What is wrong? A fuse?

Not likely to be a fuse. It could be a fault with the PCM, BCM or loose/contaminated wire.

Are you able to connect a scan tool to it?

The car seems to be running fine, should I take it to auto parts store or mechanic to use a scan tool?
