Vehicle will display MIL nor ABS light

I have a 2006 Lincoln LT (same as F150) 5.4 3v troublesome engine in the shop. It had a scad of codes but have pared it down to two problems. The first is that the MIL and ABS lights will not illuminate on the cluster. I discovered that this vehicle had the wrong PCM in it (excursion). I also saw on my ALLDATA the TSB for the ABS light. I obtained the proper PCM and had it installed and flashed. This cleared the ABS code but the ABS light still will not illuminate in a KOEO position nor will the MIL. Scanner says cluster is ok. Took cluster out of vehicle but MIL & ABS are not the twist out bulbs, maybe led in curcuit board.

You said that you have Alldata. Don't you have a wiring diagram to track it down?

It appears that the CEL is not hard wired and is controlled through a digital data input to the dash cluster. I suspect you can prompt it to come on and see the light status with your scan tool.
