Drove 2 blocks and car stalled

I have a 2006 Cobalt and I hit something on the freeway. Got off freeway right then. Drove 2 blocks and car stalled. Got out and looked as soon as the oil light came on. There was a huge hole in my oil pan. And the gear shift locked up after. I changed oil pan, checked starter, battery is fine. It will not start and gear shift dont move. Could it be a relay switch or something to do with the anti theft? I can fix the problem myself if I knew what it was. I cannot afford to take it somewhere, or get rid of it. The car is in excellent condition other than this problem. Very clean inside and out.

If the car stalled and now the starter wont even spin the engine over then most likely you have a locked up engine.

Can you hear the the starter kicking out and trying to turn the engine around?Have you tried turning the engine over by hand with a breaker bar?

So the starter rotates the engine around the engine just doesnt start?

Yes. It's like starting in neutral. Just dosent want to do nothing

I keep putting the battery charger on it because the gear shift is locked up. Brand new battery

So when the engine cranks and wont start what are we missing fuel spark injector pluse?Any codes?

No codes no spark. Is there a censor somewhere for the gear shift. I guess I just dont want to think the engine is seized. But you think it is right?

If the car doesnt come out of park then the front wheels wouldnt move. So if you turn the key to start it the the engine wont spin over normal speed?Get a breaker bar and see if the engine spins over one to two revolutions freely by the crank shaft pulley bolt.
